By creating an account or using LookAtPets you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Standards, and our Seller Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to transact on LookAtPets.

You're responsible for activity under your account, including listings, messages, and reviews.

4. Acceptable use

No fraud, animal cruelty, wildlife trafficking, prohibited species, illegal sales, harassment, or spam. Violations may result in restriction, suspension, or removal.

5. Listings & transactions

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

6. Disclaimers

LookAtPets provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant any specific outcome from any transaction or interaction between users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
