What we collect

• Account data (email, display name, profile fields you provide).
• Content you create (listings, posts, reviews, photos, messages).
• Operational data (logins, page views, search queries) used to keep the platform safe and improve it.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, and improve the platform. We send service-related emails, including account, security, and transaction notices. Optional alerts and updates follow your notification preferences, which you can manage in Notification settings. Required notices cannot be turned off through those preferences.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with infrastructure providers under contract (database, storage, email) and with law enforcement when legally required.

Your rights

You can edit your profile and manage notification preferences in your account settings. Request account deletion in Privacy & data settings. Submitting a request does not delete your account immediately. Some payment, dispute, safety and audit records may be retained where required, and open transactions or legal holds can delay completion. If you cannot sign in, contact the privacy team below.

Children

LookAtPets is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
